This event champions inclusion, support, and positive change, with every game helping to raise funds and awareness for CancerBae and Cancer Research UK. Expect thrilling competition, uplifting stories, and a powerful message: changing the narrative around cancer, both on and off the court.
The CancerBae Classic basketball tournament kicks off in style from 28th to 31st August 2025 at the University of Essex Sport Arena, bringing together elite under-12 basketball teams from across the UK for an unforgettable four-day tournament.

Join the excitement at the incredible Essex Sport Arena and be part of a vibrant crowd of supporters for the CancerBae Classic tournament 2025!
The arena is easy to reach by car (postcode CO4 3FA), train (with Hythe and Colchester stations nearby), bus, or bike, with plenty of parking and accessible facilities available.
As you walk through the doors, you'll feel the energy of hundreds of fans, all keen to cheer for their teams as they go head-to-head for the cup title. It’s the perfect chance to experience top-level youth basketball, connect with fellow spectators, and support young talent in this lively, unforgettable tournament atmosphere.

From draining 3-pointers to battling Stage 4 Cancer, Will’s story is literally unscripted. When life gave him surgeries , he built a global movement. Now he’s giving back to the youth in order to change the stigma surrounding Cancer – with serious swagger.
